FTPGetter service runs in a safety context and with LocalSystem account rights. Take this fact into account when creating rules: drives and files available to your account may be inaccessible by the LocalSystem account (e.g. network drives that are connected when a user logs in and disconnected after logoff).

If you need FTPGetter to support mapped network drives and network shared folders, you can change the default account used by FTPGetter. To change the default account, open MMC, select Services, and change the account specified for FTPGetter service.
